When access ends

A cluster's access lasts until the date agreed when it paid. After that, its people can still sign in but the apps stay closed until it renews. Accounts and progress are kept until the cluster is reset or removed.

Refunds

[REVIEW] Clusters pay by arrangement with the institute. State the refund policy agreed in the purchase agreement here.

How to ask

Write to us from our support page with your cluster's name. We will reply within [REVIEW] working days.
